Upload the XML of your Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet (CFDI) 4.0 to check its structure and verify that the digital seal matches the certificate embedded when your electronic invoice was stamped.

What the tool checks

1

Check the XML structure

Compares the invoice nodes and attributes against the base cfdv40.xsd schema: Comprobante, InformacionGlobal, CfdiRelacionados, Emisor, Receptor, Conceptos, and Impuestos.
2

Verify the digital seal

Rebuilds the original chain following the rules in cadenaoriginal_4_0.xslt and verifies the RSASSA-PKCS1-v1_5 signature with SHA-256 against the public key in the Certificado attribute. A matching seal means the XML was not altered after it was signed.
3

Extract the general data

Shows issuer, recipient, invoice type, total, and the stamp UUID so you can confirm at a glance that you opened the right file.
Everything runs in your browser. Reading the XML, computing the original chain, and cryptographically verifying the CSD all happen on your device using native browser APIs. Facturama receives no copy of your electronic invoice and stores no data from the XML.
Validation covers the structure and the seal only. It does not confirm whether the RFC, legal name, zip code, or tax regime of the issuer or recipient are correct, nor the status of the CFDI with the SAT (active or canceled). Check that status in the SAT invoice verification service.

Known limits

The original chain reconstruction covers the base CFDI and the Pagos 2.0 complement. The remaining complements in the official XSLT (Carta Porte, Nómina, Comercio Exterior, among others) are not implemented, so their nodes contribute nothing to the reconstructed chain. When an invoice includes one of those complements, the tool warns you and a “the seal does not match” result may be a false negative. Structure and general data are validated normally.
cfdi:Addenda is detected and skipped from validation: it is a free-form node that each recipient defines, so there is no schema to validate it against. Item complements (cfdi:ComplementoConcepto) are listed, but not validated against their own schemas.
The tool extracts the serial number, holder, validity period, and RFC from the Certificado attribute, and verifies the signature with its public key. It does not confirm that the SAT issued the certificate or whether it was revoked. An XML signed with a self-signed certificate would pass seal verification.
